The PastStarted in 1942 in Holcomb, Kansas by Walter Holmstrom, Holcomb Machine Works has been in continuous production ever since. In 1969 the company was bought by the present owners and has steadily grown through its consistent commitment to build high quality equipment and to provide an excellent level of service to its customers in the scraper market. In the past Holcomb Machine Works was well known for i ts Land Planes which were the best in the market.The PresentMoving to a new modern facility on the outskirts of Holcomb in 1996, has enabled Holcomb Machine Works to expand its manufacturing facilities and upgrade its manufacturing capabilities. The new plant also includes a modern paint bay facility as well as machining and up to date welding equipment.Holcomb Machine Works has sold scrapers throughout the USA and has customers coast to coast. Holcomb Machine Works also exports scrapers to many countries abroad including, Argentina, Equador and Mexico. |
